8.00: the shovel was needed to get my way to the wood shed.
The snow turns out to be quite deep, the in-laws are certainly glad they don't have to take the car out to go shopping today.
We can imagine the White Clio will carry on sleeping for yet another day in the garage, ready to hit the road on a safer day...
